All the activities we carry out are designed to exceed the expectations of our guests/customers: whether they are reservations, check-in, check-out in one of our 65 rooms, events in the restaurant or the Red Salon, or the wishes of our guests to help them plan their stay.

The desire for more spurs us to top performance. Only heroes can perform heroic deeds. This also includes the obligation to constantly improve and fulfil requirements (all, not only guest orders).

We are open to new things without shutting ourselves off from the tried and tested. Through our tourist, cultural, economic and political network, we recognize trends and regional developments at an early stage and can react to them.

In the area of services and offers, we set international standards, and the focus is on the regional idea with regard to suppliers and products. Wherever the offer and quality allows, we primarily use regional companies/suppliers/products or, if necessary, we also use regional companies/suppliers/products. on behalf of the Commission.

Therefore, we never stop developing, learning and accepting praise and criticism constructively. Guest reviews are an important input for us in our continuous improvement process. Every member of staff at the Hotel Congress commits to attending further education at least once a year, which contributes to the improvement of professional or personal skills.
