At the reception:

- You can find the headlines of the day at the reception and in our breakfast area so you won’t miss any important information. Additionally, you can find various different local newspapers at our reception..
- „An apple a day keeps the doctor away" – –because of that you can get apples at our reception for free at all times.
- If you have forgotten something at home you can visit our cosmetic shop where you can get various body care products for cheap prices.
- At rainy days you can buy our Hotel Kongress umbrella for € 10, 00 at the reception.
- Furthermore, you can get real Styrian pumpkin seed oil (1 l € 22,00) or pumpkin seeds to nibble (€ 3,00), which are nice an delicate souvenirs for your family and friends.
- In your room you will find our sweet duck couple „Traudl& Franz". You can get them as a souvenir for 6 € at our reception.
- For our hotel guests we offer the possibility to park for cheaper prices in the underground car park which you can reach from the hotel by elevator.
- To make your departure easier you will get a bottle of sparkling water for your way home.
Gastronomy:
- If you get hungry in the evening we can organize a dinner in our partner restaurant „Arkadenhof – Schwarzer Adler". If you prefer to eat in a more rustic place we can reserve you a table at the vine arbour „Weinlaube – Schwarzer Hund". You can find more information at www.arkadenhof.at.
- Additionally, we organize you a taxi if you need one
In your room:
- If you wish we can bring you flatiron, water, an adapter for the sockets, and more to your room.
- For our guests who stay longer we offer the possibility for laundry service.
- Because we want to make our “smallest guests” happy too we offer you a Baby bed for free in your room, please notify us when you are booking.
Leisure / excursions:
- Our hotel is located in the middle of Styria surrounded by drop-dead beautiful nature. Do you plan a trip during your stay in our hotel? – Please let us know because our team can help you with your plans.
- Experience Leoben from another point of few, for instance from the cycle route nearby at the “Mur”. For that we can organize you E-Bikes from a regional bike rent. You can get different cycle route maps at the reception.
- If you want to relax in a Sauna or if you want to spend a few hours in the water we can offer you discounted tickets for the Asia Spa Leoben.
